Audicus is a disruptive consumer health startup based in New York City. We are changing the hearing aid industry with our first end-to-end online hearing aid solution - from testing to product delivery. We are highly mission-driven and have reconnected, transformed and empowered 10,000s of lives to date.

We're currently looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to drive our customer acquisition efforts. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and take an active role in defining the strategy for user and revenue growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing our paid digital media channels (SEM, Retargeting, Facebook)

  • Site optimization for engagement, lead generation and conversions

  • Organic search optimization (SEO)

  • Leading analytics and reporting efforts 


  • Highly data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented

  • Solid understanding of eCommerce funnels and metrics

  • Expertise in at least two channels and knowledge across others ("T-shape")

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel, etc)

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years experience in digital performance marketing, preferably at a startup or tech company

  • Strong team player that can wear multiple hats

  • A "no task is too small" attitude

  • Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and an excitement to grow with the company

  • Strong interest in technology and disruptive, mission-driven business models
