POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to drive our customer acquisition and analytics efforts. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and take an active role in defining the strategy, and implementing the actions needed, for user and revenue growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing our paid digital media channels (search, social, display, video & affiliates)
  • Seven-figure marketing budget management, forecasting, and optimization
  • Landing page optimization for prospect engagement, lead generation and conversions
  • Marketing analytics efforts, including attribution of success to investment
  • Ad Tech Stack strategy and implementation

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Between 4 to 6 years experience in digital performance marketing
  • Track record of handling six-figure paid media investments
  • In-depth, hands-on, knowledge of our core media channels: AdWords, Bing, Facebook, YouTube

YOUR SKILLS

  • A highly data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented mind
  • Ability to share information and gain alignment from stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to prioritize your focus to meet deadlines when working on multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and metrics
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
